Kyle MacDonald BA; MHSc(Hons.)

Kyle is an experienced psychotherapist who has worked in men's domestic violence programmes as well as mental health and addiction services for both Waitemata District Health Board and the Auckland District Health Board.

He sees men and women, individuals and couples, for short term solution focussed counselling and longer term intensive psychotherapy.

Kyle is trained in both behavioural and psychodynamic therapies, inlcuding Dialectical Behaviour Therapy or "DBT." He has a particular interest in alcohol and drug problems, childhood trauma and anger problems.

He currently divides his time between public and private practice, also working for Segar House the Auckland District Health Board Specialist Psychotherapy Service.
